Costs, plans & the fine print

Rental management software pricing

See what the price covers—and what it does not. The original subscription, fee, and commitment fields are kept together for a clearer comparison.

Public prices are starting points, not like-for-like quotations. USD figures reflect the research snapshot. Unit limits, plan scope, annual commitments, setup costs, processing fees, and taxes may affect the actual bill.

Compare a complete operating scenario

Start with the scope

State the property mix, billable units, required roles, accounting needs, and integrations. A quote for a narrower configuration should not be treated as a cheaper version of a different product.

Separate the charges

Keep the base subscription, monthly minimum, onboarding, payment processing, applicant fees, and advertising in different lines. Record who pays each amount.

Confirm the commitment

A monthly equivalent billed annually is different from month-to-month pricing. Obtain the current written proposal and cancellation terms before committing.

A minimum-price example

The original dataset records residential Yardi Breeze at $1 per unit per month with a $100 monthly minimum and an annual agreement. Under only those base assumptions, 50 units would produce a $100 base charge, not $50. This is an illustrative calculation, not a full quote or a price for commercial or other property categories. Read the Yardi pricing details.

The residential Premier offer has additional bundle conditions described in supplementary source B001. That note is kept separate from the original CSV rather than silently overwriting the research record.

The complete software pricing guide explains how to build first-year and recurring-cost comparisons without inventing missing enterprise rates.
