The numbers, without the shortcuts

Different companies. Different kinds of value.

A public parent-company market cap is not a software product valuation. A customer is not a tenant.

Before you compare

A few important distinctions.

Is TenantPlatform.com a property management app?

No. TenantPlatform.com is an independent research directory. It does not collect rent, list live properties, process applications, or provide a resident login. Visit the appropriate vendor or contact your property manager for those services.

Are these the ten biggest platforms in the world?

This is a major-platform shortlist of ten US-facing rental-management and discovery products, not an audited worldwide ranking. Read the selection methodology for scope and limitations.

Why are some values marked not disclosed?

The research does not invent a valuation, funding total, or tenant count when the source does not establish one. Unknown is not zero. Individual profiles retain the source date, metric definition, and evidence status.

Does an iOS or Android app mean managers can run everything on a phone?

No. Some apps are for rental discovery or residents, while others are for operators. The apps directory identifies app names and role caveats rather than claiming universal feature parity.

Can I download the underlying data?

Yes. The research downloads include the original 126-column platform CSV, the 82-source register, a full data dictionary, and structured JSON.
