Need help with an existing rental account?
Contact your property manager or the official software provider. TenantPlatform.com cannot access tenant accounts, process payments, change lease records, investigate a maintenance request, or reset a third-party login. Each platform profile includes a link to the provider’s official website.
Keep personal information out of research inquiries
Do not send resident identification documents, financial account numbers, payment credentials, screening reports, signed leases, or other sensitive tenant information. A correction to a public product fact should not require private resident data. Use the responsible platform’s official support process for account-specific issues.
Working with the research
The data downloads contain the original CSV files, source register, dictionary, and methodology. The source library records limitations and dates so that a newer figure can be distinguished from a correction to an older one. Inclusion in the directory does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
